The Kanto style is opened from the back, steamed, then grilled with sauce, so it is soft.
The Kansai style is opened from the belly, not steamed, and grilled directly over fire, so it is crispy and fragrant.

I had lunch near Kyu Shiba Rikyu Garden.
The pizza was delicious.

The garden is famous for its wisteria flowers.
Under the wisteria trellis, it was cool, and I took a rest while looking at the garden.

It is a pond strolling garden in the city center, surrounded by buildings.

It seems that bears also come into human areas at Onioshidashi Garden.
I feel sorry for the bears, but they are scary.

The view of Mount Asama from Onioshidashi Garden is wonderful.
