Gyoda City is one of Japan’s leading production areas for tabi, traditional split-toe footwear.
It was also used as a filming location for the TV drama Rikuo.

I took a walk through Sakitama Kofun Park.
Among the several tombs there, this is the keyhole-shaped Inariyama Kofun.
It has been designated a Special Historic Site of Japan, and the artifacts unearthed here are designated National Treasures.
It is believed that the person buried was the head of the Owake clan, who served as a guard for Emperor Yuryaku.

I had the egg sandwich and Napolitan spaghetti.
They were delicious.
