The gate has an exotic atmosphere, and beyond it lies a beautiful garden filled with greenery.

Cute pumpkins welcomed me at the entrance.

A work by Salvador Dalí — the eccentric, the genius, the devoted husband — was on limited-time display at Lake Kawaguchi.

It feels a bit elegant to enjoy lunch while listening to live violin and piano music.

The main dish is Fujizakura pork shoulder with charcutière sauce.

Charcutière sauce is made with white wine, onions, pickles, and mustard.
In French, charcutière means “butcher-style.”
I think this sauce would taste delicious even with meats other than pork.
